The owner Edward is easy to work with and very accommodating. The gentleman that was with him setting up and cleaning the unit was extremely helpful even while waiting on tarps to be brought back he offered multiple times to help us set up our party stuff and even helped unload chairs when they arrived without anyone asking. If and when we want to rent anything in the future we will check with them FIRST. Rates are beyond reasonable and rental time frames are longer than most. 12 hours versus 8 hours. The deposit is the cheapest I've ever saw, just $1 reserves your unit! How can you go wrong?? Check them out next time you need something for an event... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! [Service]: I would have to say, that not following up before the day of my equipment rental that Pro Sound quoted me for was a mishap on my end. I'll take the fail on that. Even driving to their "old" location and expecting to pick up the equipment early with a borrowed SUV for 12" PA speakers, stands, a amp, microphone and all wiring. Glad to know that Phillip is up bright and early. He apologized that I was not on the calendar, even though the sound system I booked was reserved to me. But no one followed up with me prior. So, it almost turned into a "OH $#*t!" moment for the wedding that I was paid in advance to DJ for. But Phillip came through and offered a free upgrade from 12"s to 15"s PA speakers, $25 off for the gas I spent driving to their old location and included a free pickup once the wedding was over. Technical detail: The PA speakers were non active Behringer - B1520 Pro's. A Shure brand mic. Non labeled speaker stands. Though I forgot what amp was included. These were overkill for the small wedding I DJ'd for, but everyone was impressed by the sound they output. {Summary}: If that's not the best way to make things right for a customer service perspective, besides being free, than I don't know what it is. I would definitely recommend any one needing sound equipment rental to check out Pro Sound Rental. Tip: They have recently started to move their stuff to 285 / I85 near the doraville area. They also offer early pick up if you have the car to fit it all in, and no charge for dropping it off the next day.

He also wanted the tip money before he even brought my car to me. Basically wanted to hold my car hostage until I tipped him. Never again!!!! They do not vet their employees. A block away. Upon arriving to the event the valet attendant addressed my party asking if "we parked on the side street?". A few fumbled words later he shared "that's us too"..... with an implication we needed to provide a key. I reluctantly passed over my key, but the attendant didn't know what car belonged to me & mind you, I'm parked a block away.... not on event property. About an hour later I return to valet and the same attendant is standing guard. I advised him while he took my key, I would like to retrieve my vehicle myself because the key fob battery does not work and he would not be able to find my car. He declined my offer and explained he needed to retrieve my car. I shared with him I parked on a city street and "give me my key". He begins to argue you with me regarding our initial exchange sharing "we are liable for your car". Again, I AM PARKED OFFSITE on a side street a block away. He reluctantly passed over my key & says "don't hit anything"
