The way this company treated me after I posted the below review is unbelievable. I added an update…read moreafter the review. Read to the end for the full story. This company is unethical. I went with this company only because they said they could remove my old r.v. in two days from contract. I sent pictures and specs.They said the $3500 estimate was so high because they'd have to gut it and take it apart. On the appointed day, no show. When I contacted them, they said the truck had issues and asked what day it HAD to be gone for closing on my house. The night before the new date, they texted me and said the price was now $6,000 because of the r.v. size and that they'd have to take it apart. That was all part of the quote. Now my closing is in jeopardy because there's no way I'm going to be scammed like that. Update: After I refused the amended price, I told them to cancel my order and refund my deposit. The next morning, the last day for me to move it, due to leaving the state, a cousin listened to my plight and recommended someone. I called the man and left a message. I wrote the above review while I waited for him to come to the house. AAA Rousse, a.k.a. Pro Junk, called me soon after. Janine was apologetic and tried to explain the price increase and I again pointed out those factors were already known. She said they aren't like my review sounded and then offered to come the next week, at the original price. I reminded her this was the day I needed it gone. She said if it didn't work out, I could let them know and they could still come the next week. She called me later after I texted her that the r.v. was gone. She was again chatty and friendly, but asked me many questions. In the end, she asked if I'd change or remove the review, to which I answered, "I'll think about it." A few minutes later, I got an angry and intimidating phone call from Robert, who asked, "Why are you smearing my company?" I'm not letting someone call and intimidate me, so I hung up. Then he texted me and said because I was smearing his company, he was going to turn my contract over to his attorney for collections as, he said, I had "broken the contract." Now remember, they raised the price from $3500 to $6000 the night before they were to come. I have attached screenshots of both the price increase and Robert's threatening texts. It makes me wonder how many other reviewers may have received similar treatment and backed down. If you NEED to go with this company over another, get everything in writing and avoid phone calls, unless you record them. Keep in mind this would have been a done deal if they had come when scheduled the first time or if they hadn't changed the price the night before the second time (when they knew I was under a time crunch). I could have taken down the review and they wouldn't have threatened me, but I want people to be forewarned.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. I was so pleased that Jesse arrived at my home about an hour after I made my call. this was the hottest day we've had so far and it was a Sunday. The response time was excellent! Jesse looked at the AC unit and immediately knew what was wrong. he had the part on his truck and immediately began installing it. he worked very diligently to get the part installed and get my AC running smoothly. I was extremely pleased with not only his technical expertise, but also his professionalism, his diligence , and his pleasant demeanor. Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10.
