Five Star was the only shop that would make the time to get my truck in and repaired as fast (and properly) as they could. They even stuck by their work with a follow-up I had to do in another state. Long review: I noticed a major transmission leak 60 miles just outside Amarillo mid day and limped it in after calling around a bunch of different shops that quoted HUGE lead times. They got right on it and worked tirelessly to inspect and rebuild the whole thing and made sure they didnt cut corners and did it all the way it should be done. a couple short days later they had us back on the road. Even when I got a flashing O/D light halfway to my destination on the west coast, they got in contact with a partner shop and had it taken care of for me. The quality of work and customer service is literally 5-stars. Thank you guys. I know how complex transmissions are so this was about as good of experience anyone could have with such a major issue! Additional note: Not only was it done MUCH faster, but It was also a more competitive rate than 2 other shops I spoke with.

I have been a customer here for many years since they opened. Each time I come the service quality…read moreis less and less and the customer service has really diminished. The owner doesn't smile. You're treated like they do not appreciate you choosing their business and they do not treat you good as a customer. Plus the owner lets the employees smoke in and around the cars, and every time we leave, my car smells like somebody has been smoking in it. I can't stand that, I'm gonna start driving to Amarillo just to get my oil changed. I hope a new oil change business opens up here soon. They need some competition. They forget that the customers are who keeps them open.
