Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated. Once we decided to move forward with them, we were on the schedule within a week and a half and the work itself was completed in a little over one day. The team that did the installation was courteous and respectful of our home, taking care of our property as if it was theirs. This is a 30 year "artic shingle roof". The first leak that went through to my ceiling in 2 rooms…read morewas in year 11 of this 30 year roof. They came out and said a nail popped up, they fixed it. I fixed ceiling in 2 rooms. 16 Years into this 30 year roof, I find more leaks on the ceiling. Same story "nail popped up" we fixed it. I see more spots now. Getting the run around on the phone with the receptionist, and the workers. Receptionist was really nasty, and said the "workmanship was only guaranteed 5 years". All week I get we came by (been home all week, and have camera's, nobody came), I'll have him call you as soon as he gets in. "He" hasn't called me. Someone finally called this am, and I missed the call. I returned the call, and he said he was here. When I asked why he didn't ring the doorbell, and why my camera didn't pick him up, he said "well, I was calling from Whataburer" to see if now is a good time. Said he couldn't come back, and couldn't tell me when he could come back. Now I have what Servpro says a 10x25 foot spot that needs treating for mold, cleaning and encapsulating. My home is only 35 FT x35 FT. I have COPD and the mold is affecting my health. It seems the scheduling dept doesn't let you know ahead of time when they can come, and the receptionist isn't communicating very well with the owner. I've got nothing but the run around and LIES, all week. This "30 year Artic Shingle" roof should have been good through 2036, and this is the 3rd time I've had serious issues that have ruined my ceiling in 2 rooms. And now the decking has rot, and needs replacing along one side of the house, and I have mold growing in the attic, that also needs to be addressed after the roof gets fixed.

This guy left my house a message and overcharged me for everything he did. Plus, he never showed up…read moreon time. Whatever you do, stay away from this company!
