Within half an hour, Thom was at my door investigating what was needed to get me out of the trouble. He immediately came up with a plan, including ensuring all the necessary parts and his staff were available. He made all the necessary arrangements with Ontario Hydro minimizing my time without power. The end result was not having to spend the night without heat or Hydro. I can't say enough about his communication skills, his commitment to the job and his ability to lead his staff. Everyone on the job site was polite and efficient. The site was left clean. They are HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended !!!
