I got the info of the side of one their cars and looked them up. No reviews on yelp made me a little leary. But I figured they must be doing something right so I knocked on one of my neighbors doors where I see them pretty much every week for the last 2 years I told them I was looking for a cleaning service for my home and asked their honest opinion. Ironically my neighbor found them on yelp and told me they where exactly what I was looking for. So I called that day talked to Jennifer and she walked me through the process . She was so helpful . she gave me answers to questions I would have never thought ask. I could tell she knew what she was doing and super pleasant to talk to. such a happy person. so everything was set for last friday , a whole house deep cleaning surprise gift for my wife . Three ladies arrived right on time , in uniform and just as pleasant as the young lady that set up the job. I was amazed at their professionalism and efficiency. Best part of all, my wife was so surprised . she said she couldn't think of a better more thoughtful gift. We agreed to have them return every other week. So far so good. We booked with them to clean on a Saturday afternoon and explained to Jason Alexander that we had booked a uhaul to move later that day so we would need a team of people, not just one person. He reassured us that for the $240 deep clean it would be 3 people and since our house was empty it shouldn't take long. Since we were moving from Philly to NJ I asked if I could leave the door unlocked since the house was empty and we were moving that day with a small child. He said no I needed to be there to do a walk through the house with the cleaning team. I arranged for a sitter for my son as noon is is nap time and headed to NJ to let the cleaners in. To my surprise they were a no show. I waited about 20 min then called Jason Alexander who sounded like he just woke up from a nap. I explained I had driven to NJ to let the cleaners in and he said something along the lines of oh, yeah my bad, they called out. I immediately started panicking as the house was dirty and we needed it cleaned as we were moving in that day, which he knew. He was very nonchalant about people not wanting to work and it's hard running a business when people don't want to work. Well that doesn't explain why he didn't call me so I could make arrangements with proper notice about people calling out. I shouldn't have to call him after our scheduled appointment that he already took a deposit for $160.00, to have him tell me then. Not to mention his tune completely changed from over eager and singing praises about his cleaning company when we booked, to "the best he can do is rebook us or give us $15 off. Which is ironic bc his website charges $50.00 if you are late for your appointment and you have to reschedule. I had to literally beg him over the phone to find someone to clean our house because all of our furniture was getting moved in later that day. He kept saying how times are hard, people don't want to work, it's hard to run a business, it was a joke. And our backs were against the wall as he had our deposit already and it was now way past our appointment time with no one to clean our house. He finally found ONE person. Who they did a great job, that is why he is getting one star. She did 5 star work however, we were moving in while she was there as it was one person not a team of cleaners like he promised. So wet floors were being walked on as furniture was being moved into the house. She was cleaning while we were moving stuff in because that's the only choice we had. I wish I never went with this company. Or that they had the common decency to make me aware of the fact his team called out. AVOiD AT ALL COSTS!!!

OMG!!!! My girlfriend told me to call this company! He picked up himself, I told him what I needed...the next DAY...and they showed up and he brought an army with him! Summary: Incomplete cleaning, then they ghosted me entirely…read more Bit of a bizarre experience: I reached out to them after finding them on Angie's List. They got back to me right away that day, had a good conversation, and scheduled a cleaning. I'd asked during that initial chat that they also clean the microwave, they said sure no problem. The first cleaning was okay--bathrooms were great, but it was clear that they hadn't vacuumed most carpeted areas as there were still little bits of debris that even a quick pass would have caught. They also ignored the microwave entirely. They left me a voicemail a few days after the first service, asking for feedback. I called back, told them that overall it was good, but that if we were to move forward with regular cleaning, we'd like them to be sure and vacuum, and to do the microwave as we had discussed. No answer. Over the following three weeks, I left four more voicemails, asking to schedule our next cleaning, and recurring cleaning going forward. To this day they've never gotten back to me. If they're too busy to take on new customers, that's fine; just tell me. If they took offense at me pointing out their incomplete cleaning approach, that's bizarre, but, again, they could just respond and say they're not interested in helping us. To just disappear off the face of the planet is a huge inconvenience and now not only do we have to find another cleaner, we're a month behind on housecleaning, just because these folks couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds and get back to someone who was trying to give them money on a regular basis going forward. They did a decent enough job, and my initial impression and conversation were positive, so if there's a good explanation for this bizarre behavior, I'd be willing to talk it through with them... but as it stands, it's weird and unacceptable for a business to do this kind of thing.

They were kind to us and gladly went over the spots, but still, we did NOT get our money's worth. 6 bedrooms in our house and all the did was vacuum, maybe dusted the baseboards a bit. Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. It was a busy time of year, and I know it's hard to manage a small business, but the communication with Cleaning Frenzy was ridiculous. Will not be giving my money to them again.

Apparently the company has changed ownership, but the service is still amazing as ever. My cleaning team (Reina and her partner) were on time, very nice, worked very efficiently, and left our home absolutely sparkling!
