The work appears unfinished, rushed, and nowhere near what was promised. Large amounts of overgrowth and vines were left covering the fence line, debris remains throughout the area, and piles of wooden boards that were supposed to be removed were simply left behind. When asked why the boards weren't taken, we were told they were "too heavy." That is not an acceptable excuse from a company hired specifically to perform heavy outdoor cleanup. Communication throughout the project was equally frustrating. Getting updates and answers was difficult, and professionalism was lacking from start to finish. Rather than taking responsibility for the incomplete work, there always seemed to be another excuse. For $2,000, we expected a thorough brush-clearing and cleanup service. Instead, we were left with unfinished work, debris still on the property, and the feeling that the job was abandoned before it was truly completed. The photos speak for themselves. If you're considering hiring this company, I would strongly encourage you to look at the quality of the finished product and decide whether that's worth the price. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them.

We lived in a 70 x 14 mobile home with a two-room addition attached with a foundation below the two…read morerooms. A hug tree fell onto the addition, overlapping the length of the entire mobile home. Tree measured 36 inches diameter toward the bottom. Measurement further up was 24 inches. A tree branch came into the kitchen roof. Charles and his crew removed the tree using their crane. Very little further damage was caused to the structure during the removal.
