I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.

The painting job is ok, but he never came back to add additional coat of enamel to the door (that was started shortly before they were leaving), spackle and paint where curtain rods were removed and now I have red paint on my oak stained pantry door. He told me three times that he would return. He never has. He also increased the agreed upon cost. I didn't have an invoice, so my fault. I can't believe his work ethic. If you hire him, BEWARE. He is not responsible. I have never written a negative review, but, unfortunately, necessitated now.

I hired him a home renovation.This…read moreguy is horrible ,dishonest and did NOT know how to any of the work he said he did.Everything he did is horrible the paint job,sheetrock repairs,hanging new interior doors and installing new trim is horrible.Je started on Tuesday and by Friday he said he was done and needed to be paid.I went to meet with him check the job and to pay him.He was suppose to repair all the sheetrock,paint entire condo,hang 6 interior doors and install new trim throughout condo.He had painted, repaired some sheetrock,hung doors and installed new trim but when going room by room I found he had NOT painted eeverything the paint job was horrble.He did NOT repair all the sheetrock and the way he patched it was horrible the screens from for sheetrock repair were not spackled or sanded he just painted over them. He ruined 3 of the 6 new doors I purchased because he had lied about knowing how to hang interior doors and butchered them whem trying to cut them to fit door frame properly. He only painted one side of the doors and did NOT paint any of the new trim he installed.They also clearly did NOT know how to paint is was the worse I'd ever seen absolutely horrible.Where they did sand parts of the walls he never cleaned them off and painted over all the dust and spackle so the paint is all crunchy in those areas .The corners, edges,ceiling ,trim and doors were were never cut with a paint brush so the new paint stop about an inch from ceilings, trim and doors. There were spots on the walls and ceiling they completely missed and they rolled the paint crazy back and forth ,sideways and up and down and they left it to dry like that .They got paint all over my floors,new door handles and left trash everywhere.He was also to put handrail on stairs back up because it had fell off so he hung this long handrail back up with no supporting bracket in the middle and a section of the rail was split with the wood sticking up so someone could cut their hand open or have a big piece of wood go through it.Everytime I met with him after he was hired him he smelled really bad of Marijuana but kept saying its not him.He had left his employees there to finish but when I got there they had NOT fixed all their mistakes so I refused final payment and his employee started threatening me.The contractor Joey Vasquez called and apologized and said he would come back and make things right.He came back for a few hours called me to come give him final payment and when I got there he started acting very bizarre saying he had to go he felt sick and was going to throw up needed a cigarette and he was in a hurry he had to pick up his kid from daycare.In told him to go and when I checked the work I will pay him but he refuse to leave and kept following me demanding payment saying he had to go .He was acting really strange and would not leave me alone so I gave him the money and he left.when I was finally able to look at everything I found he had NOT fixed anything expect slap a coat of paint on the back of the doors.I immediately called him he laughed hung up and blocked me.I called consumer affairs his license is up for renewal and they have no record of his insurance information. He trolls community Facebook pages for work so be careful.
