Our personal sewer pipe was not properly buried and when Brandon was excavating he accidentally hit the sewer line. He fixed it very quickly. We are so happy with the finished product. However, when we thought were had a leak around a chimney flashing because of some bubbling on the sheetrock ceiling (turned out not to be a leak but some old wet wood, probably from the time before the new roof was put on) I could not get Ray to come out and look at it, despite many calls and texts. Ray said he warranted the job as well as having a shingle warranty, but now I'm wondering about how good those warranties are. Therefore, I am downgrading my rating to three stars.

Drue removed the railroad ties and installed a stone wall to line the patio. It was done really well, so we hired them again this year for a larger project. Our back yard has a slope of nearly 30 degrees and was covered with grass that needed constant attention. We hired Drue to install two 100 foot long stone walls to terrace the upper portion of the yard, remove invasive English ivy, and regrade to remove all the existing grass. They also removed several overgrown trees and a dead tree and installed new plants. This was a really big job that took three weeks to complete. We are extremely happy with the result. The project was completed under budget and Drue, Brittany, and their entire crew were terrific to work with. I highly recommend Sokol Landscaping.
