Albert and Renee are great painters at a very fair price. We have had them do three different jobs…read morein our newly renovated home we recently moved into in Woodway. First, they removed all the "popcorn" on the ceilings and painted them in about 3000 sq. ft. for roughly $1.50 per sq. ft. They did a good job of cleaning up in what can be a very messy job. Secondly, they painted our kitchen walls and crown molding, resulting in a much lighter feeing in the kitchen area. This required priming (with Kilz) the gloss covered wood crown molding before painting with 2 coats of paint. Lastly, they did a fantastic job of filling in the grooves of a large room of wood paneling with several coats (sanding between coats) of "mud" and then priming the walls (again, with Kilz) before three coats of paint. It transformed our living room! While they do great work, at this time they work on a cash basis and cannot accept credit cards (1/2020) but they are working on this as an option for the future. We were recommended to them by our realtor who sold us our home. They typically require 1/2 of their bid up front for supplies, etc., with the balance upon completion, or in the case of a larger job, payments over the course of the job. We are VERY happy with their work. Even when they make a mistake, Alberto usually comes to us first to explain what happened, then proceeds to fix the issue. That speaks to his integrity. We look forward to using them in the near future for additional work. Highly recommended.

Well, he was a no show. I have called him, emailed him and left messages. At this point he has not responded to any of my messages.
