Meet the Business Owner: Brandi J.

Brandi has a long list of property management certifications and designations. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, she also holds a Rural Development START 515 designation and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Association Management Specialist and a Certified Manager of Community Associations. She also has her real estate license. During her tenure as the Director of Property Management for Sherman Associates in Minneapolis, MN, Brandi oversaw over 65 individual assets located in five states with over 7,000 units and an upwards of 1 million square feet of commercial space. As a native of Vermillion, SD, Brandi is happy to bring her passion and experience back to the Dakota Dunes and surrounding Sioux City market.
