Local Nisa supermarket. Quite reasonable priced with a wide variety of choice for everything from food, to nappies and alcohol. Always tend to have specials on offer althogh these tend to be on items very near the sell by date or just past. Hvae had issues in the past when i have brought items such as milk, got home and found them opened, however have taken back and they have replaced immediatly.
Also sells, gass, electirc, phone top ups and lottery so is quite popular with locals. Queues tend to be long especially on weekends and you do have to walk to the back of the shop to join the queue.
Down points of the shop are that some staple items such as hairspray, deoderant and coffee are kept behind the counter due to shoplifting and this does make browsing for items difficult. Also can only pay on card if spending over £10 or 50p charge applies. Also not a very good space to pack bags, the options are at the counter where there is no room and you are urged to hurry on or at a counter by the door where there are always pushchairs or shopping trolleys being left. read more
