First the girl could barely look up, and when I asked her about info that I could take with me, she said we don't have anything like that, but we have this sheet. I said but can I take it with me? Uhm...no, but you are welcome to take a picture of it with your phone. I said no thanks! I'll just go back to my regular salon, that DOES have printed hand outs right on the desk! And SHE smirked and said OKAY! I will say mine was the only car in the parking lot and they didn't have anyone even IN the salon tanning! This is poor customer service when you don't have a pricing guide, or business cards even, sitting on the counter top. It is sooo close to my home, but I WILL continue to drive to J&N all the way across town from me because they have fantastic counter people and wonderful customer service.

Unfortunately, these salons have a habit of closing up almost overnight, leaving customers (and more importantly package-holders) high and dry. Good luck getting a response from any complaints left ... you'd have better odds at winning Mega Millions lottery than hearing back from the owner. I was one of the customers left hanging when the location near Target closed its doors without notice in January 2016. I was actually looking forward to trying their new salon, which was SUPPOSED to have been open within a week or two. I thought it quite odd that most wouldn't close one salon down until the new one was open but, then again, I've never owned a business. I think it was more than five or six months that Soleil was off the grid and before they FINALLY opened the 75th Street location. No way was I going to hedge my bets with this company ... no matter how state-of-the-art the tanning units were. Doing a little investigating, I found that the owner was EVICTED from the PP location for non-payment of rent. Oddly enough, the same story applies for two past locations (Racine and the original Kenosha location on 18th Street). Strangely enough, the owner drives luxury automobiles everywhere while stiffing his customers wallets, quite infuriating! Not sure if the 75th Street store will disappear like the others ... but beware of Soleil ... the shadiest tan in town.
