They reconfigured a sewer drain line so it had the proper fall for adequate drainage. They dug out lots of dirt to position the line properly and replaced some "band-aid" fittings installed by previous plumbers. This took care of the root cause of slow drain/stoppage issues I've dealt with for years! No other plumbing companies took this much time to fix my problem, and believe me, I've had countless plumbers come out over the 11 years I've lived in my house. Chance really showed his competence, and communicated exactly what the issue was with my plumbing (verbally and with the pictures he took underneath my house). Highly recommend!

Based on that, I even recommended them to my sister. Big mistake. When my sister used them, the job dragged on for six months. Their crew accidentally re-roofed the neighbor's shed in the backyard, separated by a cinderblock wall. The neighbors called the police about the crew that was working on the roof since they were acting so oddly. They also cut my sister's electrical cord and caused several other problems along the way. I thought maybe that was just a fluke since they had done so well on my house the first time. But then we had another hailstorm, and I needed another roof. That's when I learned the truth. This time, the project was a mess from start to finish. My roof took a month and a half. They first sent the wrong shingles. The contractors they sent didn't seem to want to work, and--despite what I was told--no one supervised them. The supervisor never showed up. They didn't order enough skylights, and when the missing skylight finally arrived, it was the wrong one, so it had to be reordered again. I was then told the roof was complete and that I could remove the permit from my house. When I called the city, I found out that wasn't true--the second inspection hadn't even been done. In fact, the first time the inspector came, the roof wasn't even ready because the contractors were so slow. We had to wait for another inspection. One other note, my point of contact was Nemo if they assign him to your job request somebody else the gentleman works two full-time jobs and was very hard to get any information from I was constantly texting him to ask when the contractors would be there when they would start when the skylight was gonna be there. I was not kept up dated with the project and I don't think he kept up-to-date with everything either. In fact, he's the one that told me to throw the permit away before the inspector had even inspected the house. He told me the inspection sheet was something else so he really did not know what was going on.

How many contractors would have kept the original price. Even his crew said he's the most honest guy they've ever worked for. If you need anything Large or small, this is the guy.
