They said they needed. It dropped off by eight. I let them know that I couldn't because I work swingshift and I wouldn't be able to. I've asked if I could try to get it there before 10 he said that's fine. I was having trouble trying to drop my car and went in person to see if they would be able to do anything and he said since I didn't get it there by eight, he had to cancel my appointment and said I needed it there by eight after we agreed that 10 would be ok then he proceeded to say Two strikes you're out. I'm gonna have to cancel on. You couldn't even get my car in the door. I understand that the second appointment was my fault but because of work I wasn't able to drop it off overall just seems like a scummy business would not recommend

Before arriving I was told "you'll pay a little extra, but this guy gets it right the first time". And that's exactly what happened, except his pricing was very very reasonable. I came into the shop with a lot of dash lights on and an unknown engine issue. Wes found the problem and fixed it for me. Overall time was roughly an hour and a half, which is the time he told me it would take (awesome). When I was paying for the service nothing additional was added except cost of shop supplies used ($3) and he topped off coolant ($3 or so) and wiper fluid ($2 or so). They offered to drive me somewhere in town, and pick me up after, so I didn't have to sit at the shop, although the shop is VERY clean and comfortable.

I went to see what the issue was as to why my vehicle will not run. I had them run the codes nothing. For $178 and change, found out around closing it was for a bug in the mass air flow censor. The very next day vehicle will not start. Told sorry that'll be another $178 and change. Minimum. Like You checked the codes. How was whatever this current issue not found. This company has permanently lost a loyal costumer.
