The main components are Carabao Milk, beans, creamed corn and PASTILLAS. I like halo-halo with less ingredients. The only thing I disapproved of is the intense sweetness. Good thing I ate it with a plate of Lumpiang Sariwa. We were the only customers that time (who in the right mind would eat Halo-halo for dinner). The service is quite fast. Kapampangan cooking is popular with different establishments that sprung out in Manila. Pampaga is the origin of the buco pandan of Nathaniel's, tibok-tibok of Susie's, and even halo-halo of Razon's. I suppose the halo-halo in Pampanga is more leaning on to the minimalist rather than those from the Tagalog regions' smogasborg compounding of ingredients. What I really rave for this halo-halo is the creaminess. It does not only come from the milk but from the pastillas. It's actually a sweetened carabao's milk, hence, another source of milk in your halo-halo. The sweetened beans make the halo-halo thick and gives you quite an exercise when you mix your halo-halo. The corn gives the slightest crunch. The three ingredients don't overlap each other in terms of taste, it actually compliments each one. Compared to the ice of Razon's, the ice in Kabigting's halo-halo is very fine. The simple flavour of the halo-halo is just perfect for me. It's a creamy, sweet, and milky desert everyone must try.

As I said, I'm not much of a coffee drinker and I certainly don't touch the stuff at night. Since we meet in the evening, I opt for either the mango juice or iced chocolate. When I'm hungry or want something to munch on, I order the frozen brazo de mercedes. I don't know how to describe this cake other than it tastes like crack. Not that I've ever tried crack, but I would imagine that it wakes one's senses and makes them come alive. That's what Craft's cake does for me. It's just SO. DARN. GOOD! I would highly recommend the Flat White. It is creamy and light. Adding cream to the medium roast gives it a light taste without the bitterness. If you're looking for something to bring home, make sure it's the Yellow Bourbon. I like to grind it myself so that it always comes out with a bold flavor. I give it a 4/5 because overall it has good coffee and their love for coffee manifests in each cup the make. I just wish they had more branches.

The nacho itself is yummy added with hot/newly melted cheese and freshly sliced onions and tomatoes (would definitely recommend you try it) Four Cheese Pizza - I''m not really a fan of this flavor for I cannot really explain its taste and too much cheese made me feel "umay". Beef Salpicao - The beef in this dish is really tender and easy to chew + rich and tasty sauce makes it a great dish Crispy Pork Belly - I have ordered this one more than 3 times and I would still want to eat it. It is served really well, the Pork Belly really is crispy with a side of mango + other vegetable and a good pork belly sauce. (I recommended this dish as a main dish) Overall I really like Cafe Qizia and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Things to take note: The parking space is limited since it is behind SDS Medical Center. I don't have a car so my girlfriend and I just walk from her place to Qizia. The place use to be small but now the space was efficiently used which can now accommodate more customers, however I suggest you come a few minutes early since there are lots of people eating at Qizia and all seats will easily be occupied.
