I do not not like the dishonesty of your employees. I ordered Hot Oatmilk Seasalt Caramel, but instructed the cashier to make sure that the caramel syrup is served separately in a little cup because of my concern about the sugar content of the syrup. I am scheduled for blood tests the next day for my HBa1C and many other tests.
I didn't received the coffee with the Caramel Syrup in a little cup, but I was thinking that they probably just didn't give it to me. I took a little sleep of the coffee and it tasted just a slight sweetness, and I was thinking it's probably coming from the oatmilk. I had my brother tasted since he always drinks, black coffee and he said he's not sure but it tastes a little sweet. When I look at the counter where they make the coffee, I saw that the cashier, Nicole Briones, was talking to The employee who made my coffee they were looking at me. I knew then that they made a mistake. After a few sips, I got up and walked up to your Barista and told her that they didn't do as I say on how I want my coffee. Your barista said she'll just make a fresh cup, which goes to say that she knew she made a mistake. I am angry right now because my blood test tomorrow will greatly impacted by your employee's mistake & dishonesty. read more
