Now I know that you can just park there for free on the single yellows after 6.30pm if you get there before the streets all get filled with people going to gigs at the Manchester Academy. The NCP is expensive. Like over a pound an hour expensive. Which is a lot when you just want to park your car and go to the gym. However, it is very secure, and having had our car broken into round here, sometime it's better just to be safe.

Several requests and never get a reply, bag I recieved ripped within 5 days of receiving it (in front of the staff) no offer for replacement. When I call about a potential warranty issue I get promised calls back that I never get. When I go in person I'm told emails must have went to spam. Funny how they never did when I was emailing about buying the bike! I was missing my keys for steering lock on purchase, was told not to worry they would drop them off at my house. Got fed up of waiting after several promises of days they'd come with them I just drove to the Manchester branch and picked them up myself. Manager said for inconvenience they'd give me a free t shirt... Which I never got. I bought the bike cash and several accessory since and I feel they have no respect for customers. I own other bikes that cost much less and dealers have been so much better. Do no reccomend.

The problem I have is that this place just does not look trustworthy and when you are purchasing a car then trust is of paramount importance. The lot itself looks a bit shabby and not all of the cars are kept clean so it leaves you wondering what you would find under the bonnet. The staff here are typical of this type of establishment, they attempt to turn on the charm at all costs in order to make a sale and I get the impression that they are more interested in selling cars than actually pleasing their prospective customers. Having said this I am aware of people who have purchased cars from this establishment and they have had no problems whatsoever so I suppose that says very good things about the place.

The service was very helpful and friendly, but they did try and push the finance on to you which I didn't like, offering extra discounts that would have been cancelled out by the finance agreement interest rate. They got the car taxed, MOT'd and serviced and threw in a CD player, so I was pleased with the service.
