Nasty attitude, does not seem legit nor ready to help. Don't shop here. The lady who is the "manager" is the rudest of all.

I was in a bad spot and 10K Auto knew it - I was from out-of-state with a truck that was totaled…read more They were in position to take advantage of my situation if they so desired. I purposely waited a couple months before writing this review because I wanted to leave time for the car I bought to prove itself trustworthy, which it has. 10K Auto did right by me when they didn't have to. This car has been great. I'm very pleasantly surprised.

I would give zero stars if possible…read more.. I bought a 2006 nissian murano with 101,000 miles on it, in February from them. (yes I know it's an '06 my prior car was on '06 and had 0 issues) I had it inspected and showed them the work that was quoted to me, they went down 1,000 on the asking price. I have now spent almost $3,000 on repairs on this hunk of junk they sold me. They claim they will do repairs for half the price, when I needed the new tires and alignment (one of the repairs I told them needed to be done at purchasing) they quoted me the same price as another place but I would have had to leave my car with the for most of the day, where I was able to just sit and wait approx 1 hour at the other place. So they clearly lie about their cheaper repairs. With in less than a month of purchasing the vehicle I returned in literal tears of frustration and was completely blown off by the woman who works there as well as the mechanic. NOTHING was done to help when I gave them the fair chance to do something about this. (I also called when the owner left a reply on my google review giving me a number to " contact him directly" it was the stores generic number and he " wasn't there".) I fully believe they knew what they were doing mainly bc I told them about specific problems I noticed and my mechanic notice and they denied the problems. If you leave a bad review they will be snarky in their reply and act like they did nothing wrong instead of owning up to the "mistake" and try to fix them. I put mistakes in quotes bc we are all human, things happen. But this was clearly intentional on their part at this point. I will never purchase another vehicle from them! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

NEW EMPLOYEES BEWARE !!!…read more *I am a former employee and before the new branch manager Felicia Williams started everything was great. Everyone on the team got along, everyone especially on the teller line helped each other.. we were a team until she started. *As soon as Felicia started the branch went downhill. She began to target certain employees, wrote up multiple employees, lied to employees telling them something was in the policy when it wasn't which caused them to get fired, made snarky comments in team meetings towards employees. In everyone's eyes Felicia Williams and Christi Russell wanted certain employees out because they got along with the previous branch manager. *Employees went to HR even to the CEO with documentation stating the things they have seen her do to former employees. With dates, times and a detail description of how she treated former employees. A few days after going to HR and the VP telling the employee to extend an olive branch even though she was the one being targeted, she was fired. After she was fired she began targeting everyone else. Members have spoken to former employees telling them the branch has went downhill and everyone there now is rude, no customer service skills. They wish the old team was back. My experience here in my last days were awful and I can attest that the former employees feel the same way. This company does not care about you. HR and the CEO do not care about you. You know it's bad when members see you in public and complain and tell they want you to come back.

I did tons of research, I deliberated greatly about car…read morebrands, I read countless reviews on local dealerships, talked to my mechanic, and asked friends for their opinions. After all of this, all signs pointed to Mazda of Greenville and Anna - dealership and salesperson extraordinaire! I knew what I wanted and Anna helped me achieve my goal along with the assistance of Richard and Carmelo. Here are the highlights of my experience: - Super friendly staff - Beautiful modern dealership - Anna is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, PLUS FUN! She makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. - Robust inventory on new, certified used, and used vehicles - Available and attractive incentives and add-ons to suit your vehicle purchase needs I could not be more pleased and now, EXCITED, to be a member of the Mazda of Greenville family. A heartfelt thank you BTW - that sleek mobile in the photo is my new 2026 Mazda 3 Hatchback Sport, now affectionately known as "Sandman", Anna is on the left!

Last week we bought a used car from Mazda of Greenville, and the experience was a nightmare…read more The afternoon we test drove it, they tried tacking on a $1,300 fee for rain repellent and paint protection so we walked. After negotiating the fee away over the phone, we also got them to agree to repair a cigarette burn on the seat. The next morning we came in to finalize everything. They told us the car was in the back getting the seat repaired, so we went ahead and completed all the paperwork, signed, and wrote the check. When they finally brought the car around -- there was a two-inch crack in the windshield that absolutely was not there the day before. They played dumb, even though it wasn't on their inspection report and wasn't in any of the listing photos. I had already left to pick up our kids, so my wife was alone when they started pressuring her to just take the car and use our insurance to cover it. When she pushed back and asked why she should eat the cost of damage that happened while the car was in their care, the manager told her, "I'm not taking $1,000 out of my pocket to fix it-- it's yours now." Multiple staff members quietly told my wife she was completely in the right. She was about to try to cancel the whole sale when the manager came back and said, "I talked to my higher-ups and they've approved the repair" -- like he was doing her a big favor. The whole thing left such a bad taste that we almost didn't want the car at all by the end of it. Avoid this dealership.
