We made an appointment with Emmy and I'm so glad I had her expertise on my side. Details are not my strong point so it was very helpful to have Emmy point out all the details on each dress I tried on. She listened to me explain my idea of a dream wedding and helped pick out the perfect dress. When I put it on I instantly started to cry! Emmy and the staff are very flexible and I really appreciate it. Since I had to fly in from Denver they were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. When we asked if we could come back another day with my mother-in-law , the manager immediately jumped to the assumption that we were being dishonest and accused us of lying. There was no reason for that reaction, and it felt incredibly rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. We were respectful, genuine, and simply trying to include an important family member in a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Instead of understanding, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unfairly accused. Brides deserve to feel supported and celebrated when choosing a wedding dress. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

So, either don't bring your MIL or get ready to strip in front of her. I think, this should at least be mentioned when making an appointment, as I didn't feel comfortable (not sure about my company...) but also didn't want to throw a bridal-diva fit! She went out of her way to help me and even helped me decide on a dress. She was so sweet and seemed to really enjoy her job. I believe that I would have received the same amazing treatment from her even if I hadn't told her about my issue with the Omaha location. While checking out a manager came over to ask about my experience. She was just as kind and welcoming. Took my couture gown to them to have altered. Left with a ruined gown due to grease spot on the…read morefront hem and grease spots along the back hem including a 6" vertical grease spot on the back (appears to be from a machine). Talked to store manager. They refunded my alteration fee, but that didn't help my gown or my stress level before the wedding. The manager told me the regional manager would call me. The regional manager NEVER contacted me. Very poor customer service. They should reimburse me for my ruined gown.
