Jake came out the day after Christmas to take a look at my garbage disposal because it wasn't…read moreworking but also my dishwasher wasn't draining. Because of my schedule, I didn't make the appt sooner and things got disgusting in that dishwasher with mold and everything. Well Jake came out and he found that my disposal was dead - the motor had seized up and that was the issue. He was able to go to the Home Depot just a couple miles away, get me a new one and installed it. Not only that but he made sure that the standing water in the dishwasher was able to drain too. It did!! I was so excited. He double checked everything to make sure all was tight and there was no leakage. Jake was professional, kind and so helpful. He sure knew his stuff and got it done in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I have called Mr. Handyman and have been pleased both times.
