I have experienced issues like this with two different vape stores and when I returned asking if there was anything they could do to replace the $10 vape that never worked once, they would basically shrug me off and say "sorry about your bad luck." This place, on the other hand, was so kind to me and understanding. The nice woman working there today said that she understood and that happened to her sometimes with this vape and promptly gave me a new one with a smile on her face. Even had me open it in the store to make sure this one worked. I would leave 10 stars if they let me, because that is how you do customer service!
