When it arrived, we were halfway through putting it together, when we found that there were essential parts missing. We went through the inventory and noted all the missing parts and contacted the retailer to ask to have them sent to us, only for them to say that this was not possible, and we had to pack the whole thing up, have it returned, and they would send a new one. I packed the parts up for collection, and told them instead of sending another consignment, to refund me instead. We then chose to get our new bed for TJ Warehouse, which I wish we'd done in the beginning! This is a local, family run business who helped us through the whole process, and at every stage, there was an actual human being to speak to! The bed and mattress I ended up getting here, I was much more happy with, their prices are competitive and we had the bed with all parts present delivered to our door within 48 hours! Aside from beds, they also sell bedroom furniture, they have an online store, and if needed, they can offer finance too. I definitely recommend to look at what local businesses you can support before looking elsewhere!

Was assured the matter would be resolved but they never contacted me back. I contacted them on 5 seperate occassions which they responded as if it was the first time i contacted them, insisting again they would resolve the matter. It's been 2 months and they are ignoring me at which point I've had to contact a solictor and take the matter through small claims court. You get what you pay for and you're gambling with your money with these people.

Very glad I asked for the bed to be assembled as I'd never have been able to do it myself! They took great care with the work and tidied up afterwards. The furniture is fantastic, superb quality and great value too! All staff we dealt with in Love Furniture, from Dee in the warehouse/ showroom, to Neil, and all the other guys were friendly, helpful and professional - super staff who are a real credit to a great local business.

Sadly, I couldn't. This place is pretty expensive but if it is and independent store then they usually are. The staff however were very polite and helpful when I came in. This is not the sort of place I'd usually go so I probably had a very lost look on my face. If you had a little bit more cash, or were looking for a complete bed set, which seem cheaper overall then it's worth popping in.
