They were absolutely amazing! They came quickly and then were extremely personable. My mom had recently passed and we couldn't get into her storage pod. The U-Haul place said they were unable to help and that I needed to call a locksmith. A first class job, done by a family business with integrity. I returned to Gainesville after a trip out west, only to discover that my keys had remained in the mountain time zone. While I was able to get in the house without incident, I called J.J.'s to make me a new key. I called, the husband-and-wife team scheduled me for the next day, and they turned up at the appointed time. I was desperate for a locksmith to change all my locks. I travel and people who had been watching the house while I was away reported someone was in the house. I fortunately found J.J's. J.J. came to the house and changed all my locks and squared the locks so that I didn't have to jiggle the locks to keep the doors secure. He worked professionally and quickly and rather than getting new hardware for the doors he used what was already there saving me money which is always good! He's an art lover which like his profession is a craft. I always try and find the best craftsmen when I need work done on the house and J.J. is a craftsman. J.J. came out to rekey our entire home. He took the time needed to do the job right, including replacing several doorknobs that were seized up, rekeying all 7 doors to the same key (knobs and deadbolts), fixing the alignment of one of the deadbolts (something I didn't expect him to do), and hand cutting several keys for us on site. I am very impressed with JJ's Locksmith Service after two separate jobs. Both were scheduled and performed quickly and professionally. Very happy with the results. On their first visit, they replaced a deadbolt that never closed properly and made it work smoothly. A couple years later, after I had to replace the door, it would again not latch properly. The installer, a door specialist, spent significant time with it and said the frame would not allow for better performance, and another professional handyman who looked at it said he couldn't do anything to improve it either. But when I called JJ to try to fix it, they had no problem getting it to shut tighter and lock properly.
