She said they didn't have the flowers I ordered and the delivery charge was higher than they charged me online, so they cancelled my order. No phone call, no email...just let my Mom be flower less on her Birthday. I wasn't even upset about it, not even a bit. I even tried to re-order the flowers but Laurie wouldn't even let me, nor would she take my number to let the owner call me. I've never had customer service this bad. Maybe she was having a bad day, and I understand it happens, but I was being extremely cordial and calm but she still insisted on being snippy and acted like I had somehow wronged her.
