As the job progressed further costs were continually identified reneging on earlier promises. Timescale was longer than expected and in fact work is still outstanding. I don't want to use the word 'lie' but promises were and are still continually not being met. Current work outstanding includes a sliding door which has not been fitted, a loose light switch, ceiling cladding fitted still has gaps at either end, and all of the rubbish and bulky items from the kitchen renovation is still yet to be taken away as promised. They also damaged a step by dropping some machinery on it. Instead of replacing it, they just stuck it back together. If you search 'GWS Home Improvements Review' on YouTube you will see a video review that supports this written review.
