I have used you numerous times in the past, and you have never stirred me wrong with my floral needs from my prom back in 2004 for my corsage and boutonniere to now for my mom's birthday flowers -- you've been pretty solid. For the latest call, I talked to Katie who took my order and delivered some wonderful flowers to my mom for her birthday last week.They were beautiful, and extremely well put together as most of their floral arrangements. Katie called when they delivered the flowers which I was greatly appreciative for. My only complaint was on this latest call was that I told them I wanted to spend a certain amount of money for this because I am on a bit of budget, and they charged me $10 more than I had allotted for them to spend. I am still happy with the arrangement and the overall service, but I wasn't happy about them spending more than I had told them.... Anyway, they're a great florist. My grandparents used to own a florist in Jackson, and I asked here where she would recommend to get flowers from if she had to choose - it was here. She likes them. They've been around for a long time -- no doubt they'll be around for a long time to come.

I got email confirmations of the order, with followup emails confirming delivery and providing a photo of the sympathy arrangement. The flowers looked tired and droopy, nothing like what you would expect for such an important and sensitive occasion. A funeral is not the time for subpar quality, and it was upsetting to see something meant to express sympathy look neglected. City Florist's excuse to me was that they did not have the flowers to fill my order? But there was no warning email, and then they took my money? I had also used Sands Florist in Jackson to send chocolates and a plant so thankfully I did this so my daughter had a gift. She said the chocolate was the most delicious she's ever had, so save yourself some trouble and use Sands Florist.

I found out once the flowers were delivered that the florist they used was this one. First of all I paid to have the flowers delivered the same day I ordered them - I made the order in the morning, so there was adequate time for the flowers to be arranged and delivered that day. I waited to get a confirmation that the flowers were delivered; finally around 5pm that night I called "From You Flowers." They had no information from the florist as to the status of the delivery. The flowers were suppose to be a surprise to congratulate my sister-in-law on the birth of her son that day, but I ended up calling her to find out if maybe she did have the flowers. Nope, she did not. So the next day, 7:30am, I call up to the company demanding to know where the flowers are. Once they were in contact with the florist, they had no reason as to why the flowers were not delivered, but did promise they would be delivered after 12:30 pm (per hospital rules), which I could understand. I call my sister-in-law at almost 2pm expecting to have heard she had her flowers - STILL no flowers. I made another call to the company, to which they contacted the florist; flowers finally being delivered. When my sister-in-law receives them she sends me a picture; the most pathetic flower arrangement I have ever seen. There was one white rose, some yellow cheap filler flowers, and lavender colored filler flowers. This was for a baby BOY. Not a hint of blue any where. Just ugly and sad looking. I would never have allowed this as a gift to my sister-in-law had I known it was going to look so shabby. So disappointing; especially after how much I paid for these flowers, including a 15 dollar service/handling fee. Nearly 60 dollars down the drain; I feel like I was ripped off. Would never recommend this florist to anyone.
