Not just because of the worst process I'd ever had to deal with but because of the potential to lose the battle. The lack of empathy for a man who's wife died who is now supporting three children on his own is just as upsetting as the lies I've had to put up with over the last decade that I couldn't prove and so had to be silent about. I needed to say I'm always grateful for the help of others and was thankful that he was there for me during a transition away from another attorney who I felt was just going to eat all my income until I could no longer afford representation. He wasn't my last attorney for my case but he helped me get to a place where I could use another one that was a better fit for my particular situation. Mr Nemec wasn't ever late for anything with me so something seems off in the reviews but that was my experience with him. The service from Andrew Stasio and his paralegal was the laziest performance of any lawyer I have ever witnessed. He should have just put his feet up in the courtroom, that's how jaded this guy is. I learned more about my case from the opposing council and the person I was divorcing!! He never let me know once what was happening with my case and I had to call and be charged ridiculous amounts just to find out about what I was paying him to do! I learned my divorce was final and the outcomes from the person I was divorcing, not my lawyer. The paralegal is just as bad.
