On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent. They carried out the job swiftly, with good humour and tidied away any rubbish. A good job. well done. A third visit from Louis was equally high quality, he visited to doublecheck and investigate a recurring damp issue on a chimney stack, took time to consider all the possibilities.
