My experiences with the past lawyers were never pleasant, they either never returned phone calls once I hired them or asked me to pled guilty at the last minute . But Mr. Charitsis is not only response phone calls and email promptly, also he is a very confidence, responsible and friendly lawyer. The first time I've met him, he explained to me about the charge and what could I do to get the optimal results. Probably due to my previous charge with not having a clean record, I expected my case will take about 4-5 months to resolve, but Mr. Charitsis helped me and resolved my case on the second court date (I didn't have to show up the first one as well). I was extremely impressed and happy, it only took less than a month since the first time I met him in his Law office to finish the whole court case, the case result turned out as complete dropped and withdrawn, also he helped me to apply the destruction of the police record right away. He later contacted me to demand an exorbitant 'retainer' before releasing the document. (we had never discussed any retainers or other charges in the initial meeting) I could not afford the retainer. The bottom line; I came away without my separation agreement, and was out the six hours I had paid him. Best advice; Get yourself a contract lawyer before hiring this one to handle your family law!
