It is nearly impossible to speak with an actual person unless you have a very basic support question. For more serious problems, you're left waiting with little communication and no meaningful assistance. The product itself may look appealing, but the lack of responsive customer service and excessive repair delays make it difficult to justify the investment. There are many other companies offering similar products, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring those options instead.
