I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support.
