The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied before departing. Fast forward to May 2025. One side of one of my sliding windows seal has failed. I called and spoke to John about the failure.
