They do several types of stuffed bun like this and they're the only place I know to do this. Utterly delicious. Previously I have bought many steaks, countless pounds of sausages, bacon, chicken and pork. All of it has been excellent. Cockburns have recently started making pork and black pudding pies. Lee's have been in Thirsk for many many years and have a top class reputation for friendliness, affordability, top quality and community spiritedness.
