My grandparents have been using Jabour's tax service for years now, but this year Jabour abused their loyalty. My grandmother brought her tax information in to Jabour's office in early March, early enough that they should have been done and filed by the usual April 15, but as of today, July 14th, he has yet to file her taxes. Tomorrow, July 15th is the extended deadline for filing. Mr. Jabour has had her tax information for 4 months and still hasn't finished the paperwork for my grandparents to sign. In fact, my grandmother had to reach out and call Jabour's office to ask about going in the office to sign the paperwork, and Mr. Jabour just told her he would call her back when the paperwork was ready to be signed. As of 5:18 on July 14th, he has yet to call her back. If i could give his business 0 stars I would. This is no way to treat loyal customers who've used his services for years now. I would not recommend using his services to anyone. ever. read more
