During our initial conversation, Nathan made it sound like he would personally handle my case. However, once I paid the retainer, most communication came from his associate, and Nathan mostly appeared when it came time to discuss billing. The work itself contained several errors and overlooked key details I had clearly requested in writing. When I raised concerns, I was told these omissions were simply "forgotten." Later, additional charges were requested for services that were never clearly agreed upon. I've worked with many attorneys over the years, and this was by far the least professional experience I've had. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

Not even close. I've had decent lawyers before, but they're few and far between, and the between is filled with incompetent, indifferent, or just burnt out/overworked representation.
