You only get sent a letter like this if there is actually something there to collect. Ryan has already done the foot work, he wouldn't have contacted you if there wasn't anything there to help you the client and of course, his business. He has provided me with a lot of information and great advice as a property owner, however, it was not "free legal advice" as I am not a stripper, and he is not a prostitute. Overall, Justin is knowledgeable, personable, responsive and really can "sheik" things up for you if you have landlord/tenant issues. Heads up - he absolutely will NOT take "boob money" when you hire him to save "yurbooti", so pull yourself together and make sure you understand his payment terms.
