As far as jails go, this one is at the bottom of the heap. They do not provide warm clothing, even socks, in below freezing weather. Their staff are nice, but need to get more organized with visitation. Jails in Texas are generally pretty bad, but currently Jack Harwell is trying its best to be the worst. Do better:) read more
