This location is terrible. Watched the fry cook break health codes no less than 10 times, and I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order that was estimated at 7 minutes. The manager, who I notified, seemed to have given up long ago and meekly asked the fry cook to put on gloves, which he proceeded to wear one pair of over the next 15 minutes. Worse food ever! We spend $ 29. 13 dollars when got home saw a disgusting I had a sourdough grill chicken combo and got a tiny piece of burn and dry chicken! Hamburger was good, not greasy at all like some other Jack in the boxes, spicy chicken was a good level or spice and flavor, fries were good but like most fast food, some a little chewy, a couple burnt, but overall good. last time I dealt with the same young lady a hash brown was missing from one of my breakfast platters. She couldn't even return my good morning greeting. When I came up to the window she did the same thing that she did from last time.(she felt it was necessary to go to the back out of sight for a few minutes). Long story short, I felt a crunch upon chewing the food( very unpleasant) saw a bunch of debri in the food. The food was excessively salty as if someone smothered it with salt. I'm 99% sure this was foul play on her end and I hope she gets fired. I truly believe that her actions are related to hatred for things I can't control like the color of my skin. This place is terrible. The food is typical fast food quality wise but the service is terrible. They got my order wrong 3 times in the drive thru and when I asked again at the window if it was correct they still gave me the wrong food. I come here often, and every time I've been here they've messed up my orders. Some examples of my messed up orders are the meat patty's being super old and dry. I work at a fast food joint, and it seemed like that meat was about 2 hours old! They've also given me the wrong orders, charged me extra for something I did not order, and about a week ago I ordered a large iced coffee, and I received a small iced coffee. I told the lady that I ordered a large iced coffee, but instead of remaking the drink, she dumped that small coffee into a large cup and added more ice and not coffee. read more

"Where do I press 2 for English so they can get my order right?" This place is a joke. Part of the problem is that the people that they hire appear to be bias towards Hispanics with little to no english speaking skills. This creates a huge bottleneck in speed of service and accuracy of processing orders in both the counter and the drive-thru. Traffic gets backed up into the parking lot all the time because each customer needs to repeat their order several times and it still gets screwed up. The drive-thru customers then enter the building and create a longer line inside inquiring to correct the orders that were screwed up in the drive thru. The customers suffer. Please hire people that can clearly speak an comprehend the English language! I should not have to learn Spanish to effectively order a cheeseburger in the United States! read more

I had never been to a Jack in the Box until I went to this location the other day. I brought my wife and kid, and we all had coupons for a free burger. The service was slow, and when we finally got to the counter the person was taking orders for both drive-thru and ours, which lead to a lot of confusion as I could never tell if he was talking to me or the customer on his headset. The service just got worse from there. The gentleman was rude and condescending to me, and he asked me if my order was for here or to go four times (I wish that was an exaggeration, but he kept getting distracted by taking orders on his headset and seemed to forget he already asked me that question). Further, he kept asking me for a code to use my coupon, and I kept telling him I didn't know what he was talking about and he ignored me whenever I tried to clarify what code he was asking me for. Very frustrating, and the employee was very rude. I get my order in (eventually), and then my wife tried to order her burger. The employee then claims he can't take her coupon because we already used one. My wife pointed out that she was making a separate order, and the coupon clearly said 'one per customer', and she was a separate customer. Long story short, the employee accused us of trying to cheat the restaurant and refused to honor the coupon. Really? How were we trying to cheat the restaurant? I didn't realize that using a coupon-that the restaurant itself gave out to thousands of people- was an unethical act of stealing. We ended up leaving, but we did get the one hamburger from my order. I divided the burger up between my wife, my son, and myself. It was OK, nothing special, and definitely not worth dealing with rude and condescending employees. Bottom line-- 'meh' food and horrible customer service. Not only will I not be returning to this Jack in the Box, but the experience was so bad that I will not go to any Jack in the Box. I had ordered food that had not been givin to me so I went back and showed my receipt that had said I had ordered it and I was told "that's funny cuz I made that" with a very bad attitude and while waiting for my food my friend had brought her burger in untouched with no cheese and asked please to out cheese on it cuz that was the original request.
