Horrible experience. I went through the drive thru with my family, and waited 2-3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us (mind you no one in front of us). When they had finally come to the speaker, they said "welcome to jack in the box" didn't even give me time to respond and said "HELLO WHAT DO YOU WANT" I then started to order and was rushed through my order and he made me repeat myself a good 2 to 3 times. We get to the window, and basically tossed my both my drinks in my hand without telling me what was what.. when i asked he ignored me and told me to pull around and they would bring my food out. let's just say half my order wasn't even there, and had to go in two different times to get what we actually order (never given a receipt..) and to top it all off, th fries i ordered my child came out completely cold to the touch.. and a couple fries still were frozen to the touch. All together, Disrespectful and disgusting. i would never recommend stoping here. read more

There is this guy with acne all over his face and has bad customer service. i went in asking nicely if they could remake my order and immediately he gave me an attitude. if you didn't want to work why go? and not only that but he still ended up getting my order wrong and he downgraded my order to a medium even though he knew exactly what i had. read more

This is my first and last time going to Jack in the Box. There was only 1 car in front of me at the drive in (weekend treat) nope, waited over 15 minutes for my food. There was no one in the restaurant but my food came out ice cold. You can see the cheese is not melted at all. The fries were cold and they should have been piping hot. The employee apologized for the long wait, but I at least thought the food would be hot. Should have checked at the window before driving off maybe they would have given me hot fries. read more

It's really enticing to want to eat there with so many choices, until you pull up to order and the drive thru clerk doesn't haven't a clue about their products. Asked a couple of questions, like how many wings come in your special? Asked if I could upgrade drink for extra $, to an iced coffee, adds iced coffee to my order, in addition to the drink that comes with the special instead. Once again, I just drove away w/o ordering. The service was terrible, I came through the drive thru and a young girl with dark hair and a horrible attitude helped us out. She had a horrible attitude and handed us a drink with soda down the side and asked us to pull around. We asked for a napkin to wipe the drink and she closed the window in our faces. She remade our drink that was covered in soda with another covered in soda. We then asked again for a napkin and she ignored us. Ok so we have been coming to this jack in the box for over a year now, only one near our house. I'm begging the owner of the franchise here, please serve warm or even better, HOT food. The tacos are always cold in the center, my burger, along with my wife's this afternoon for lunch, both needed to be microwaved at home for 15 seconds on high. If I have to cook, why do I go to your shop?? I have been to this Jack in the Box several times, and order tacos and Bacon Cheddar Cheese Potatoes and have never had one fixed right. One time they were burned, one time Potatoes and no Cheese or bacon and one time very cold. Tacos are always cold and like they have been sitting there for awhile. Since the one in Post falls is closer to Rathdrum, I thought GREAT when it opened, but am very disappointed. I have eaten at the Jack in the Box on Ironwood many times and their potato wedges are always great. Tacos are great too. read more

I will NEVER be going back to this establishment! We were pulling a horse trailer so we were not able to go through the drive through window. The dining room was closed due to being understaffed. I stood in the drive through line on foot for 20 mins only for them refuse to serve me because I wasn't in a vehicle. I told them I couldn't get my vehicle into the drive through because it doesn't allow horse trailers and the dining area was closed. They continued to refuse to serve me. Went thru the drive thru Sunday 5-21 ordered and went to the window. While the girl was running my card I asked how her day was going. She replied that she was quite tired and struggling to make it thru the day. She then said she was on her third Red Bull and I jokingly suggested she "inject it right in a vein" so it'd work faster. A minute later her male coworker comes to the window and tells me he doesn't appreciate me talking inappropriately with his coworker. Baffled I asked what he was even talking about and he said she accused me of saying "she should try ejaculating" ?!? How that came out of a short conversation about being tired is beyond my wildest imagination. I told him to just give me a refund then and he was saying I should just leave. My grandma ordered her food as well as my uncle did... My dad and I were waiting our turn to order, and without even being acknowledged or asked if we had ordered.. My grandma and uncle receive their food... We were still standing in line at that point... I figured they would ask us our order but no.. Proceeded to place an order for 8 people with no complaint or anything said. When we arrived at the pick-up window, the manager, Courtney, yelled at us for placing a large order at the drive through. Screamed that she was getting graded on how long the order takes and that just placing the order had already taken 5 minutes. After giving her $60.00 cash, she ripped off the receipt, removing the 14 digit code and other information, then refused to give the $0.40 change. When confronted on this she said she had already given the change. When she was told that she hadn't, she said we would have to pull around and come inside because she needed to count the till. When we asked to speak with Makayla (name on the receipt) we were told by another employee that Makayla wasn't even on site and that Courtney was just using this absent employee's logon. On top of everything else, the order we received was missing food that we had bought and paid for. And Courtney, the Manager, told us we were banned from "her" store. We will NEVER be back to this store until something is done about the customer service and the Manager is no longer at that store. We are furious about the way we were treated and that the Manager felt it was okay to actually steal from us. We were treated like a burden rather than a paying customer. The drive thru service was not friendly. She acted like we were bothering her by placing the order. We received the wrong kind of sandwich and no sauce packets even though she acknowledged our request for some and there was a hair in one of our sandwiches. The hash browns were undercooked and so greasy that the paper wrap stuck to it and had to be peeled off. It's too bad because it is a convenient location but we will never go back there. read more
