April 6, 2026 - we stopped in for lunch after being at the junkyard up the street for hours. Lunch ordering went smoothly and was even repeated back to me. Instead of chicken strips I got a smash burger. Oh well, I gave it a try and oh my gosh unbelievably salty. Off to get a soda refill. The soda machine was empty and so was the ice machine. Most of the tables were dirty and 2 of the 3 garbage cans were overflowing. Went and got breakfast for my son. Ordered a sausage breakfast croissant. When we got our meal I took out the sandwich to give it to son not even looking at it first. My son took a bite and I realized something didn't look right. I took it and as I looked closely at it, the bottom croissant wasn't a croissant. It was the bottom of a hamburger bun. They gave me a croissant sandwich with the bottom piece being a hamburger bun! Smh!! My son still ate it nonetheless but, that's not what I paid for. read more

I hate that this place is my closest option for 24 hour food because it just sucks lately. Ordered 2 tacos and this time they put the tacos together in one bag versus individual bags like they've always don't before causing one taco to be super soggy. We asked for taco sauce and he said they were running low so he gave me one packet. Not to mention the taco meat was pretty much nonexistent. I also ordered a large soda and he gave me a medium. HOWEVER, the sourdough jack was the worst sourdough jack I have ever experienced in the 35 years I've been going to Jack in the Box. The bread/bun was not even toasted nor had any butter on it. What price am I paying? The sign says $4.99, the screen says $5.19. The world isn't going to end over .21 cents but still make sure your prices are accurate. the drive through person was asking me what number I wanted to order. There is no number for the breakfast Jack combo. He kept asking what number. Bruh there is no combo number. Can I squeeze in one more gripe? i mean this place def ain't horrific. i did a drive thru pickup, and got my food in like 20 seconds so rly good speed from them. lady at the window was also very nice and included some sauce for me.so yeah the food was somewhat edible. like it's not bad. with the app deals, i got 2 big ahh burgers and 2 tacos for 6 bucks which is a steal in todays ridden economy. they do have bargains so i'll give them that. the burgers weren't too terrible. don't know why they created a burger without cheese tho. shi weird. meat was also a lil dry. kinda tastes like school cafeteria type shi yk what i mean. like it wasn't good ngl but it's not inedible. also the tacos were greasy af. still a lil crispy but the grease made some parts of the shell really soggy and unpleasant. the filling of the tacos weren't half bad. it was solid, but the overall taco was just meh. this is the food you get when your drunk ngl. dry and oily food. not good, but still edible. read more

My food was very fresh. I have gone to other Jack in the box near here and have made me want to not want to eat at Jack in the box again. Not here. These guys are great. I just want to start off saying I will never ever go to this Jack in the box again I decided to stop by to grab something to eat because I just got off work and didn't feel like cooking so I went through the drive-thru ordered a junior jumbo Jack with cheese and a value fry got to the window I paid for my food drove off I pulled off something told me to check my burger which they didn't put no meat so now I'm mad because II have to turn around so I go straight to the window in the Drive-Thru and told them they forgot to put my meat in the hamburger so they remade my burger I kind of felt like something was off because the lady that took my food went to the person that was making my food and they started talking so I felt something was off so I pulled off and something said check your burger so when I opened it it had hair in it so now I'm really mad because I got to turn around and plus they put hair in my food so now I go inside and ask for the manager so the lady that had something to do with the hair being put in my food she was talking with the manager in Spanish so I told the manager that there's hair in my food I showed her it she looked at me and said do you want me to remake your food I told that lady hell no and walked off because I felt like at this point somebody in there lost their mind so I just had to get out of there because I was already mad but I will never go there ever again they put hair in my food on purpose that is just disgusting I don't see how they could mess with people food like that by putting stuff that doesn't belong and people food that they order so yeah when she said do I want her to make it again oh trust I was not about to find out what was going to be in this burger read more

Firstly, rude. Secondly, not handing food to her customers. Just sticking her hand barely out the window expecting the customers to undo their seatbelts and stretch over. Me: "What's the sandwich in the snoops munchie meal?" Her: "I don't know. You tell me." "I don't know. That's why I'm asking you." "Well it's on the menu. Look for it." "I don't see it. Jack in the Box food is consistently rated the same by me no matter where I go. It tastes the same, which is what I want if/when I go there. If I want a Jack in the Box taco, I want it to taste like one. That's a good thing especially if I'm going there for something specific. The purpose for this rating is about the customer service. This location's employees have the best customer service! A "hello, how are you, how can I help you" goes a long way. This occurs not only at the order speaker but also at the pay window and at the counter when I walk in to order. The employees of this Jack in the Box restaurant are excellent representatives of the Jack in the Box brand! Kudos! read more

Ever since I moved into the neighborhood next door to this restaurant, I have utilized the drive thru on occasion for a quick pick-me-up meal on the way home from work. I love the menu selections from burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tacos, fries, and my always must haves - desserts and ice cream shakes! One of my favorite "usual's" is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl that has just the right amount of white meat chicken strips, mixed with carrots and broccoli placed over a bed of steamed rice. The Teriyaki sauce completes it's flavorful combination. It almost seems like I'm eating a light and healthy meal. In this way, I don't feel as guilty about ordering a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Pie or the Chocolate Overload Cake. I have always had satisfactory experiences here. My orders have always been correct, and employees friendly at the the drive thru window. I have not eaten indoors as yet, since going home after a long day at work is my daily goal. It's nice that they are conveniently open 24 hours a day, ready to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night cravings. The surrounding area this place is located in can be a little questionable regarding the nearby "no tell motel", truck stop, occasional strolling hooker, and homeless wanderers, but fortunately, nothing scary has ever happened that I'm aware of. So I feel safe enough to continue patronizing this Jack in the Box as long as the menu maintains it's delicious selections of comfort foods. read more

I went through drive through at 2am and I'm highly disappointed. For one I ask the guy if everything was in the bag he said YES I asked him for specific sauce and I asked if he put it in the bag he said YES..came home I'm missing a whole sandwich that's almost 10 dollars and sauce I asked for was not in the bag as well as napkins. Double check your bag. Customer service sucked ass. He looked like he had an attitude and closed the window on me while I was talking. It's simple treat people the way you want to be treated. I must admit for fast food this place is pretty decent. I come here a lot; reason one is because I love their tacos. They are the bomb. They are different from most tacos that you taste. The way that they fry them is definitely original and you can't beat the price 2 for $1.19. The egg rolls are pretty good too. Jack-N-The box has a pretty good menu overall and the prices are not to bad. The going rate for fast food so to speak. The inside is an average size restaurant, its usually clean. Never over crowded. The staff is nice and professional and it seems as tho there's a lot of Spanish speaking employees that works here. That has never been a problem with my order. I come inside from time to time, mostly during the day time. Now the drive thru is another story! It can get so busy, especially late nights on a Friday or Saturday nite. And the line can be long, but people will wait. I've seen it time and time again. That says a lot about the food. And its always fresh and hot. Worst location to go for your jack in the box craving. I ordered 5 egg and croissant sandwich but the people over there they were charging me for some other sandwich which is higher in value. I also mentioned that they are doing wrong and it is in there system if we need just croissant and egg. But still the person over there didi not listen and they said our owner says we loose money and that is why we have to charge you for different item from menu for the higher value. Almost always packed with cars, but with the other Jack in the boxes near here, I can understand why. That said, I've maybe had one problem with any of my orders here spanning over a large amount of time. Be it dead of night due to hospital visits, or during any part of the day. The workers here are usually very friendly, and I always get fresh food regardless of what I'm ordering, and when I'm ordering it. Sometimes their machines go down for updates, I beleive nightly, but they're always quick to apologize and offer up the time they /usually/ come back online. Semi-long to long waits, but you won't find a fresher or better jack in the box in the area. read more
