Food is fast, excellent customer service! I walked in, got a fish burger, and small order fries. Ordered a bottle of water and the cashier double checked to make sure they had water. He was so kind and polite. Fast food is what it is. No complaints. Go before lunchtime as it is usually very busy, especially at the drive thru. read more

I went to this location via drive-thru on 7/10/26 around 10:45pm... The lady taking my order was efficient and repeated correctly... then we got to the window and were checked out fast then we received our food... we pulled into the parking lot as we've always had issues with missing food/bad service... so we went into the drive thru again told the lady what I was missing she was apologetic and told us to pull to the window.... When we got to the window, she handed us the bag... inside of the bag was a jack wrap with curly fries which was not what I ordered.... Just visited this spot to grab a quick lunch. At the window I asked to add buttermilk. Server asked how much, I said 2. He said okay it'll be $.50, I said let's make it an even $1, make it 4. He even wrote it on the receipt. Our fault for not fully checking our bag after seeing a Buttermilk in it, not thinking it'll be just 1 instead of the 4 I paid for. It may just be $1 but to write it on the receipt and still forget to put it in the bag is crazy work! I tried calling the store too...no ring, just a busy line. Plus, idk how it was missed after every car in the drive thru line was sent to park in the lot to wait for our orders. Customer service needs to be improve . They are not friendly and when they make mistake with the orders you made, they give you this look ... I bought a food for homeless guy and they almost did not give it until I told them that I paid for it and the food I ordered is visible to my eyes and it was sitting there for a few minutes. They try to tell me that he did not ordered and I explained to them that I ordered for him and I have my receipt to prove it. I'm just loving that I can get a crispy Chicken wrap from Jack's. It's simple and just what I need to fill me up. The Crispy Chicken is always fresh and hot. I substitute Mayo for the spicy sauce every time. It's never a problem. The ladies here are always so sweet and friendly. The drive thru is efficient. I haven't had an issue with this location. March 31,2021, Went to the drive through early morning around 3am & got a munchie meal. Once we got home we casually ate our food but noticed a "French fry" that was pretty burnt... it was a cockroach. Mixed within the curly fry/fry mix in the munchie meal. Sh-t was gross as hell. What's worst of all was that, this happened during COVID time. + made a call immediately after finding it & the workers had the audacity to tell me "are you sure it's a cockroach?" LMFAO. Got a full refund but not even a sincere apology. Just wanted to give a lil heads up to everyone tryna eat out at places to look carefully of what's in their food. Glad we spotted this. I went to this Jack in the Box yesterday, November 7, sometime about 1:00 pm. This is the WORST experience I ever had in any fast food restaurant. The staff were irrelevantly loud, talking about matters not related to food service at all. I happen to speak Ilocan so I understood the loud conversations -- some even talking about "takki" (feces or human waste)!!! It was so DISGUSTING! I cannot believe this to be happening in an eating place like this. The staff were loudly gossiping about other people's lives, or just matters that had nothing to do with serving food. My husband and I were greeted unexpectedly by a small homeless group (3 people) soliciting money from us as we entered the establishment. They weren't harrassing, but it caught me off guard. I hadn't been to Waipahu in a while so... yeah. Anyway, we ordered our food and went to the dining area to wait for our order. It's smaller than other locations and I also noticed that a few chairs were in need of some TLC. I tried to sit on one of the damaged chairs, but because I was in shorts, the peeling material hurt my legs. My husband, who was wearing jeans, switched chairs with me, but even he was uncomfortable and switched it out for a better one. Our food was ready and it satisfied my craving for a burger and fries. In my burger (classic buttery jack) I could tell the vegetables were fresh by the crisp crunch of the lettuce and tomatoes as I bit into it. As we dined, the homeless took turns coming in to use the restroom. They even took a short break from soliciting to sit inside and enjoy the air conditioning as it was hot outside. Overall, this location is just below average compared to the others on the island due to the disrepair of the furniture as well as the loitering homeless out front. read more

3 Jan 2023 This place HAS potential - Went there yesterday at 1045, tried their Jr Jumbo Jack cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and was so impressed with both, went back today at 1145 and tried the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger. Based on TODAY, I'd never go there again! Ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger plain with only lettuce and tomato - the order was correct on the recipe so I figured- no problem. This location is newly renovated. A huge upgrade/ makeover in comparison to before. The interior decor has a modern-chic look and feel. At a recent visit I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was really ono (delicious). It tasted fresh and made to order. Customer service was efficient, friendly and professional. Needs improvement with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. I noticed some areas on the floor, several tables and chairs that were left messy with food residue smeared all over, left over food and trash left behind. I used a few "Wet Ones" to wipe clean a table and a couple chairs before we sat down. I'm not sure if this location has AC (air conditioning). I've visited several times since the renovation was completed and It definitely does not feel any cooler in comparison to the humid weather outside. I don't remember how much cooler it was prior to the renovation. But currently it definitely doesn't feel cool and comfortable to eat-in. read more

On a regular day if the lines are that long, I don't even bother going there. Especially since I don't like going inside because it's always lines with homeless/sketchy looking people. I'm a complicated order kinda person. And let me tell you. I just finished the #21 which is a breakfast sandwich. It's a grilled croissant with bacon, ham, and an egg inside. I usually customize it and add mayo and have the egg only egg whites. Let me tell you-- I am a slow eater and I finished my hash brown AND sandwich before my boyfriend finished eating. The hash brown was crispy and cooked amazingly. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was flaky. Mmmm... the sandwich was perfectly aligned and looked like it was placed with thought.
