Anyways, I have a new house now in the next town over and they came in and they resealed an old upstairs shower and replaced the drains and fixtures for the downstairs tub. I have never had an issue after they have left and talking to them when they come in to work is actually a nice conversation compared to other companies that I have worked with. I'm now doing a complete remodel of both my current bathrooms in March 2021 and they are scheduled to start next week. Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule in about a week; (over a week ahead of the initial date which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards. I highly recommend Jack's Heating and Cooling as they are great to work with and provide excellent service!!
