Well, what to say about Jackie Anderson as our real estate agent. IT DON'T GET ANY BETTER!!!!!! We've now sold and purchased multiple homes with Jackie and she is simply AMAZING!!! She listens intently to what you are looking for in your home and then goes about finding that perfect home for you. And does she deliver!!!! We have found our forever home because Jackie is relentless in finding that perfect home and doing everything she can to get you into that home. Our new home hit every "want" on our list and within budget. From recommending great mortgage brokers to fit your specific needs to recommending the most thorough home inspector on the market, Jackie will get the job done. And when it came time to find contractors to help us do some upgrades to the new home, I reached out to Jackie and she had all of the connections. She saved us a TON of money!!! Jackie is just as attentive and AWESOME when it came to selling our home. She was in regular contact with the buyer's agent and constantly kept us in the loop. When there was a couple issues that showed up in the buyer's inspection, she recommended the most affordable, timely, (did I say affordable?) and flat out likeable plumber I've ever used. He fixed the problem in no time, came out on an evening but didn't charge "evening" prices, and saved us a ton of money. The HVAC guy was even better. He came out and fixed the problem for 1/2 the price of all other quotes. This HVAC guy was super cool as well and went above and beyond. When I wanted to upgrade the heater in the new house's workshop, you know who I called. Once again, he was amazing. And to think, I would have never met this dude without Jackie. On both the selling and buying of our homes, we had problems with the other agents. But Jackie handle ALL of that for us. There are agents out there with zero scruples and we ran into those issues, believe me. But not Jackie, her ethical standards are the highest I have ever encountered, not just in real estate, but in business. She is always honest and truthful, will shoot straight with you without being condescending. She truly works for you as your agent. She took the hits for us and fought for us beyond what ever could be expected. We truly love Jackie and consider her now a friend, not just our agent!!! Let me just say it this way, JACKIE WAS SENT FROM HEAVEN ITSELF. She's an Angel agent and you're crazy if you go with anyone else. Yes, there's a ton of good agents out there but there's only one Jackie Anderson. She'll get the job done and treat you with respect, kindness and incredible professionalism. And not matter how much you bug her with the smallest of questions, she is always responsive and always acts like it's no big deal. I know I HAD to be annoying at times but she never once acted like it. We don't ever plan to move again but if we do, we're calling Jackie.
