He listen to all of our must-have's for a property and found one within a week. We ended up closing on the property within 30 days! Roger was very patient and answered all my questions. He had to answer a lot of questions because it was a foreclosure home and he worked well with the listing agent and the title company which did the closing. He was very quick to reply via phone calls, texts, and emails. We even did a remote closing. I would definitely recommend Roger as a buyer or sellers agent in the future!!

As a "heads up" for anyone buying or selling property. This realtor refused to honor a buy and sell…read moreagreement. The buyer put down a $2000 earnest deposit, then strung us along for weeks, then pulled out of the deal the day before closing! They should have forfeited the earnest money but refuse to pay! The House was listed at the appraisal amount.

She mentioned she would take some photos of a property for me and send them to me, weeks later after I contacted her again, she finally sent me 2 photos. I was trying to set up a walk-through of a property with her and she said she was busy and couldn't get a hold of the listing agent. After days of waiting, I contacted the listing agent myself and he had a visit set up for this property and 3 others in a matter of hours. We lost the property because of her and the wasted days she cost us, so I can't recommend enough to stay away from this realtor. The only reason she gets one star is because zero stars isn't an option on this site. If she's soooo busy, then she needs to stop taking on new business.
