They took off the faux hinges that decorated the garage door and retouched the black paint, since it was fading. We'll be calling them back for indoor kitchen cabinet painting. I would NOT recommend Pemberton Painting, Penny Pemberton of Eureka Springs, Arkansas…read more We hired Pemberton Painting, Penny Pemberton, she never even showed up on the work site to approve or disapprove of the work that her hired workers did. They worked on our home located within the historic loop of Eureka Springs, AR. They installed spindles on our porch upside down. They did no prep work before they painted, and the paint began peeling within 6 months. Areas that we paid her to repair were never done. We called her back to examine the work, and we walked around together for an hour with a clipboard as she made a long list of substandard work that her workers did. She said she would redo the work, at no cost to us. That conversation was in August of 2020. We have never seen her again. She will not answer texts/emails/voicemails. Sadly, we had paid her in full. My husband halted the work done by her company, after he saw the substandard work that her company delivers. We were greatly distressed by this and even sought advice from local clergy, who told us that we would be "doing a community service to take her to small claims court", so that others in the community would not be taken advantage of by her any longer. We hired a national chain painting company, Certa Pro, to come in and do the rework of the work that her company did at a substandard level. It will cost us thousands to pay for the rework. I would not recommend Penny Pemberton, Pemberton Painting to do any work. She only shows up on the job site to take more money. She hires people that have little or no training. Almost anyone can hold a paint brush, but that does not make them a painter. We are very sorry that we hired Pemberton Painting.

We're remote owners of two homes in Bella Vista, and one of them needed some repairs. Since we were…read morealready going to paint one home, we thought, why not paint both at the same time? We received quotes from four vendors, and we were pleased to find that 360 Painting of NWA offered a fair price that was neither the lowest nor the highest. Bella Vista has a few rules and regulations regarding painting that we had to follow to get the go-ahead. We were a bit worried about handling all the paperwork from a distance, but thankfully, JT was there to offer his help if we needed it. JT also recommended a great contractor to handle the trim work we needed to complete before starting the painting. After each phase of the project, we received updates with photos of the completed work, which was great! There was just a tiny hiccup when one of the doors was painted the wrong color, but JT was on it right away and sent someone out the next day to fix it. We really appreciated how considerate his crew was--they even covered our neighbors' cars with tarps to protect them from overspray since the neighbors were away and couldn't move their vehicles. While we haven't seen the finished work in person yet, our tenant has given us some positive feedback and is really happy with how everything turned out. JT has been super quick to respond to our text messages, which has made the whole process so much smoother for us being remote. We're really looking forward to seeing the finished product in person soon!
