She was great with improvising when something wasn't going as planed she was prepared for anything! She was stern when needed (which I loved). I had the party booked, contract signed and had spoken with Jessy over the phone to confirm everything more than two months in advance. 1 1/2 weeks before the party, I heard through the grapevine that ALL of the parties from the deal were canceled. I NEVER heard from Jessy and when I emailed her back, she did not respond. I wrote to her three times! VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would absolutely recommend that you NEVER consider using her services. Now I will have to quickly figure out something else for the party. But more importantly, Jessy and Posh Giggles are awful. The website now says something like "we reserve the right to cancel any party at any time for any reason"....not really a lot of comfort in that if you had been thinking of booking a party!!
