For I e thing when I call for a time call he is always on time, except he maybe delayed 5 to 10mins either way, but he does call me to let me know.Jack is very polite, courteous. I don't know what's been up with Jack he's usually very friendly but not lately. The past few times I've used him he's had rude comments and been just plain mean. I tried to pay him with my credit card but he handed it back saying he didn't want the card and that there was an ATM inside. I went in to use the ATM upon when my son got everything out of his van he took off without payment. Don't know if he's having problems in his life but you don't take it out on your customers especially during this time. I am very upset and hurt at how he acted!
