They don't have ridiculous wait times like Noah's and they don't rake you over the coals like the place in BG by expo bowl. They have always been conscious of my budget and started conservatively with the treatment at my request without any issues. Most places will come in with a huge treatment plan when 90% of the stuff isn't even necessary. Airport has also euthanized three of our animals and they were extremely compassionate about it and let us sit in the room saying our goodbyes for as long as we needed to, even with people outside waiting to get a room. We live 25-30 mins away but it's worth the drive!!

This occurred on Sunday of memorial day weekend and they know that people will pay any amount to save a pet. The receptionist on intake was cold and rude, she showed zero compassion.
