They are poorly responsive about maintaining and fixing anything broken. When I moved out, they charged me to replace all the carpet even though the carpet was over 12 years old. When called on it they basically said too bad. They charged for a deep cleaning even though I had the house cleaned before I moved out. They will repeatedly lie about what they did and why. They wait until people move out of the area and would have an extremely difficult time taking them to small claims court. My AC had to be constantly repaired due to its age. They also did not inspect my rental until weeks after I moved out. Just don't use them.

The new manager is extremely rude, has zero respect for tenants, and even openly mocks Christians. He engages in petty retaliation if you turn in a complaint while endlessly complaining himself. Every neighbor I've spoken to is unhappy and the ones that haven't already moved are looking for somewhere else to live. Don't be fooled by the sign by the road. Rent can currently be as high as $685 a month and does not include any utilities. Inspections are now monthly instead of quarterly, as is pest control, so be prepared to have multiple people going through your apartment every single month. Follow-up inspections are also common if you dared to complain about anything that required the manager to do something besides count money. The new management company also decided that tenants that live alone are no longer allowed to have a two-bedroom apartment and put EVERYONE currently living alone in a 2BR on a list to be kicked out. It doesn't matter how long you lived here before they took over or if you're disabled or elderly. They go out of their way to hide negative reviews like this one since the takeover, going so far as to have Greentree Apartments removed from Google Maps entirely (which had YEARS of positive reviews mentioning Stacey). Today this place feels more like a cell block than a home. I will be joining the dozens that have already fled to greener pastures.

I am normally not one to single anyone out or request for a specific person in handling my business but at Coldwell she has made everything in our renting experience smooth & convenient so she deserve a wonderful review to be displayed & some recognition. I am very impressed with her professionalism & overall work ethic in finding us a home & also properly managing the home as well. She keeps both the renter & the landlord in mind which keeps everyone on the same page & happy. A lot of time when renting this is a big issue but no matter how big or small, she handled it accordingly to fit with our busy schedules. She is by far the best property manager I have had in since my time renting.
