Excited to pick up my ring to find out that he did nothing he said he was going to do. Instead he tried to sell me on replacing the shank which he stated he was going to fix. Over charged on the amount of gold used based on today's gold prices and overcharged for the lack of labor he provided in not doing the job we agreed upon n. In my opinion he is dishonest or has memory issues. Not happy at all will have to take it somewhere worse to have it properly fixed. Thanks for nothing Jay. Sure was not made to feel at home.
