When I first met with Stepahanie, she was very nice, said that she wanted to help me, and seemed…read moreinterested in working with me. She said she first needed to meet with her associates to get their approval. When I called to check the outcome, I asked for Stephanie, but was instead sent to Julienne. I was told that they would take me as a new client and could provide what I needed. It sounded great, but when Julienne sent the engagement letter. I sent it to my attorney to look over, thankfully, before I signed it because it was not what I asked for. After she sent another engagement letter, that was what I asked for, I scanned and emailed her all of my documents and information. I informed her that there were certain dates (depositions, court dates) by which it needed to be done. She would reply to me with vague, wishy-washy emails. She completed NO work. There was no respect given for my time and complete disreguard for my legal needs, personal feelings, or concerns. Had they not wanted to complete the work I asked for, telling me so and letting me move on, would have been a much more honorable thing to do. Rather, they wasted my time leaving me without what I needed.
